  • No. Martial Arts are not to be used for aggression but as a means of self defense, and even then as a last resort. We teach and encourage peaceful behaviors while building self-confidence so that violence can be avoided.

  • We work with all levels of fitness and athletic ability. The goal is to improve ourselves from where we are now.

  • We offer classes and training room for students of all expertise to learn and grow. The primary part of the classes is instruction on learning our Karate System while also promoting a disciplined environment along with learning respect for others.

  • It is possible to be injured doing any sort of physical activity. We supervise all the activity of the children during class and making sure they perform correctly as to not hurt themselves. Only once we are sure the student is skilled enough do we allow them to spar with other students. We emphasize safe practices to deter injury during sparring.
